THE LOCAL WINES
The relationship between Elba and its wines dates back centuries. Today the island proposes the Wine Route (Strada del vino). The local Aleatico wine is delicious. It is made from aleatico grapes that are dried in the open air. Its intense, ruby colour and sweet aroma make it an ideal accompaniment for fruit tarts. Learn more about Elba Wines
